StirFry Rainbow Bean Sprouts

Bean sprouts are one of our favorite dish, it can be a dish individually or match it with noodles turn it into a side dish. Today i stir fry the bean sprouts with other vegetables such as colorful pepper bell just to cover up a rich combination of vitamins for our daily needs.

Again, it is quick and simple dish with simple seasoning. For the beginners in learning cooking, you should give this a try!

Ingredients:

Bean sprouts * 200g

Colorful pepper bells * 1/2 red, 1/2 yellow (up to your combination)

Green Scallion * 2 stalks (cut to 1/2 inches)

Carrot Pickles * 1 tbsp

Red Shallot * 1 pc (slices it)

Garlic Oil * 1/2 tbsp

Dried Chili * 2 pcs

Light soy sauce * 1 tbsp

Black pepper * to taste

 

How to cook :

  1. Heat up the wok with garlic oil, stir fry the Red Shallot, carrot pickles & Dried chilies until fragrance.
  2. Add in the bean sprouts, pepper bells mixed well and stir fry for 1-2 minutes
  3. Add in the light soy sauce and black pepper
  4. Turn off the stove. Add in the green scallion and mixed well with the other ingredients.
  5. Ready to serve!
