Bean sprouts are one of our favorite dish, it can be a dish individually or match it with noodles turn it into a side dish. Today i stir fry the bean sprouts with other vegetables such as colorful pepper bell just to cover up a rich combination of vitamins for our daily needs.
Again, it is quick and simple dish with simple seasoning. For the beginners in learning cooking, you should give this a try!
Bean sprouts * 200g
Colorful pepper bells * 1/2 red, 1/2 yellow (up to your combination)
Green Scallion * 2 stalks (cut to 1/2 inches)
Carrot Pickles * 1 tbsp
Red Shallot * 1 pc (slices it)
Garlic Oil * 1/2 tbsp
Dried Chili * 2 pcs
Light soy sauce * 1 tbsp
Black pepper * to taste
How to cook ：
- Heat up the wok with garlic oil, stir fry the Red Shallot, carrot pickles & Dried chilies until fragrance.
- Add in the bean sprouts, pepper bells mixed well and stir fry for 1-2 minutes
- Add in the light soy sauce and black pepper
- Turn off the stove. Add in the green scallion and mixed well with the other ingredients.
- Ready to serve!
