8-day Orlando Road Trip

Last week, we had a short trip driving up to North to Orlando. It is about a 3.5 hour journey, not too long and yet not short either. With the purpose of going to the Star Wars Convention, we had extended our trip to visit to those famous theme park at the same time.

On the same day arrival at Orlando, we immediately visit to Downtown Disney which is very near to our hotel.

We had our dinner at Morimoto Asia, which is well-known restaurant with high rating. We ordered the soft-shell crab sushi, One japanese ramen and another Chinese roasted duck noodle. Sadly, we are disappointed with their food which is too salty and too much MSG but luckily the sushi was OK.

For the first 4 days, we were busy visiting at the convention, that’s a tiring itinerary as the convention are way too crowded and we couldn’t beat the line to visit the panels that we had planned. Hence, we just walk around every each exhibitors kiosk and look at the latest toy displays.

We had our costume during the convention for some fun, to enjoy the fun moment of being cosplay together with the other crowd. Some memorable photos were taken too.

I had a solo trip on the third day as hubby wanted to enjoy his own moment at the convention. So i walk along the International Drive to do some sightseeing at the tourist spots such as Ripley’s believe it or not and Wax Museum.

We bought the 3-day pass to visit 3 theme parks this round. First, we went to Animal Kingdom, then follow by Epcot and lastly the Hollywood studios. With the Easter week holiday, all the parks are more crowded compare to other day. However, we still be able to play with what we have planned. We are happy and had fun!

With less words, just enjoy those photos!
