Ingredients

For the marinade…

3 Tbl. soy sauce
3 Tbl. sesame oil
3 Tbl. brown sugar

For the sliders…

Slider Buns

mayonnaise
1 jar favorite kimchi

Instructions

  • Combine marinade ingredients in a large zip-top bag.
  • Add pork tenderloin and allow to marinate for 4-6 hours in the refrigerator.
  • Slice pork into strips and sauté in skillet or wok with a little remaining marinade until cooked through; 15-18 minutes.
