A slider is an American term for a steam-grilled sandwich, typically around 2 inches across, made with a bun. “Slider” is believed to have been first used to describe the onion-steamed small burgers at White Castle restaurants.
For the marinade…
3 Tbl. soy sauce
3 Tbl. sesame oil
3 Tbl. brown sugar
For the sliders…
1 jar favorite kimchi
- Combine marinade ingredients in a large zip-top bag.
- Add pork tenderloin and allow to marinate for 4-6 hours in the refrigerator.
- Slice pork into strips and sauté in skillet or wok with a little remaining marinade until cooked through; 15-18 minutes.
