Curry Lemongrass Pork Chop

It’s been a while since my last update, recently been busy doing my gardening, so i cook relatively simple dinner for hubby.


However, we added some new sauce from oriental supermarket, one of it would be our favorite lemongrass sauce. I would believe most of you would have known the fragrance of lemongrass, a very quick one, i marinated the tender juicy pork chop into the sauce.



Pork Chop * 7-8 slices (each about 50mm thickness)

Green Scallion * little bit (decoration)

Red chili * 1pc (decoration)


Marinated Sauce:

LKK lemongrass sauce * 1 tsp

Curry Powder * 1/2 tsp

Turmeric Powder * 1/4 tsp

Garlic oil * 1/4 tsp


How to cook:

  1. Marinated the pork chop with the sauces for 4 hours at least
  2. Heat up the wok with oil pan fry the pork chops until well cooked.
  3. Decorate the green scallion and chili on top of the pork chops and a stalk of mint in the middle for Asian fragrance.
  4. Ready to serve!
