Diamond String Bean with mince pork

we always love the crunchiness of the string bean, beside cooking it with egg, here the simple one with mince pork


String bean * 150g (cut into diamond shape)

mince pork * 50g (marinated with seasoning)

Garlic * 2 cloves (dice it)

oyster sauce * 1 tsp



dark soy sauce * 1 tsp

Soy sauce * 1 tbsp


How to cook:

  1. Marinated pork with the seasoning (3-4 hours)
  2. Stir fried the pork until it turns fairer color (2-3 mins)
  3. Heat up another wok. Add in the garlic and string bean.
  4. Stir fried the string bean and add in the pork to mix well
  5. Add in water and oyster sauce to boil for 3-4 mins
