Easy Italian Chicken Fusilli Pasta with Bacon

We seldom eat pasta, but it is time to cook some. This is our lunch during COVID-19. Not difficult with simple ingredients. Let’s start.

Easy Italian Chicken Fusilli Pasta with Bacon


Fusilli – 200g

Chicken breast – 3 pcs (cut into strips)

Pasta sauce – Totamo and Basil – 4 tbsp

Onion – 1 pcs (medium size – dice it)

fresh basil leaf – 10 pcs

Bacon – 4-5 pcs

Tomato – 2 pcs (cut into small cubes)

Butter – 2 tbsp

Black pepper – to taste

Salt – to taste

Parmesan cheese – garnish

Easy Italian Chicken Fusilli Pasta with Bacon

  1. Boiled Fusilli pasta in water until soft. Add some olive oil and salt to boil. Drained and set aside.
  2. Heat up the pan, add in butter and onion.
  3. Stir fry onion until soft and caramelized.
  4. Add in tomato and continue to cook until softened.
  5. Add in chicken strips and pasta sauce to saute until the chicken is cook.
  6. Add in fusilli pasta mix well with the ingredients.
  7. Add in black pepper and salt to taste
  8. Garnish with bacon, fresh basil leaves, and parmesan cheese.
