Keto Cast Iron Grill MeatBalls

First time presenting a beef dish, a classic simple meat balls that fit into Keto diet. We saw this ground beef with BOGO deals, that’s why meat balls are in our meal prep for this week. it can be served as snack, protein for breakfast, served with taco, so much to do!

 

Keto Cast Iron Grill MeatBalls

Ingredients:

Marinated ground beef for 3 hours

ground beef – 1.3 lbs

egg – 1 pc

onion – 1/2 cup

fresh parsley – 1/2 cup (chopped it fine)

pink salt – 1 1/2 tbsp

black pepper – 1 tbsp

Coconut oil – 3 tbsp

Steps to do Keto Cast Iron Grill MeatBalls

  1. Mixed ground beef with onion, fresh parsley, egg, pink salt and black pepper. Marinated it
  2. Pre-heat the cast iron with coconut oil
  3. Make the meatball with diameter size 1 inch each
  4. Start grilling the meatball at cast iron 2 minutes for each side, until it has the visible grill marks
  5. Ready to serve
