Keto Cast Iron Grill MeatBalls
Ingredients:
Marinated ground beef for 3 hours
ground beef – 1.3 lbs
egg – 1 pc
onion – 1/2 cup
fresh parsley – 1/2 cup (chopped it fine)
pink salt – 1 1/2 tbsp
black pepper – 1 tbsp
Coconut oil – 3 tbsp
Steps to do Keto Cast Iron Grill MeatBalls
- Mixed ground beef with onion, fresh parsley, egg, pink salt and black pepper. Marinated it
- Pre-heat the cast iron with coconut oil
- Make the meatball with diameter size 1 inch each
- Start grilling the meatball at cast iron 2 minutes for each side, until it has the visible grill marks
- Ready to serve
