In fact i planned to cook mapo tofu at the beginning, but i changed my mind turn it into pepper salt tofu. Tada~~ simple and quice preparation can be serve in cold or hot. And never forget the yummy sauce dip * Thai Sweet Chili sauce is the sparkle of the dish
Ingredient:
Hard Tofu * 2 pcs (cut into cubes)
Thai Sweet Chili Sauce * small bowl
How to cook:
- Fried tofu in the non stick pan with little oil until all sides become light brownish color
- sprinkles some salt and black pepper on top of the tofu during the frying steps.
- Ready to serve!!
