Spanish Yellow Rice Pollo Tropical Set

Tonight i made something different, no more Asian. We bought yellow rice from Publix, then i decided to do something Spanish Fusion. Hubby loves eating Pollo Tropical, this is one of the grill chicken chain store all over in America. So, oven baked chicken drumstick has become our main ingredient.
Ingredient: Publix Spanish Yellow Rice * 2 cups Butter (unsalted) * 10g Chicken Drumstick * 3 pcs Broccoli * 150g (cut to cubes) Celery * 100g (cut to cubes) McCormick garlic and herb * to taste Olive oil * 1 tbsp Salt * 1 pinch Marinated Seasoning for drumsticks: (marinated overnight) Light Soy Sauce * 2 tbsp Dried parsley Flakes * 1/2 tsp Dried Rose Mary Flakes * 1/2 tsp Black Pepper * 1/2 tsp How to make:
  1. Cook the yellow rice with rice cooker until it is cooked, add in the butter and mixed well.
  2. Preheat the oven at 350F for 10 minutes, then baked the drumstick (one side) for 20 minutes, turn to the other side for another 20 minutes, then toast for 8 minutes.
  3. Heat up the wok with water, add in olive oil and salt. Ranch the broccoli and celery for 2 minutes and dry it up and mix with the McCormick Garlic and Herb spice.
  4. Combine all the ingredients as per photo.
  5. Bon Appetite!
