Steps to do Japanese Teriyaki Cast Iron Grill Jumbo Squid
- Heat up the cast iron with duck fat
- Grill the jumbo squids
- Add in the seasoning (mixed up all the seasonings in a bowl) on top of the jumbo squids
- Use cast iron presser to prevent the curl up of the squid during cooking
- Sprinkle some extra parsley flakes and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
