Colorful Mushroom Bean Sprouts

i always love to make my meals have rainbow colors, here you go my colorful bean sprout recipe!

Ingredients:

mini dried shrimp * 4-5 pcs

bean sprout * 600g

dried mushroom * 1-2 pcs (soak in water and cut into slices)

carrots * little bit (cut into slices)

Black Fungus * little bit (soak in water and slice it when it is soft)

green scallions * little bit (cut into pcs)

Garlic * 1 clove (dice it)

Chili  * 1pc (dice it)

Seasoning:

Mushroom water * use the water to soak the dried mushroom and do not throw away as it is very useful natural seasoning

oyster sauce * 1 tea spoon

Soy Sauce * 1 tea spoon

black pepper * little bit

How to prepare:

  1. Heat up the wok with oil and fry the garlic/chili and mini dried shrimp until you smell the fragrance.
  2. Fried the carrot, mushroom and black fungus until soft and moisture then follow by the bean sprout (the sequence has to follow as we want to have a crunch texture of bean sprouts but not the soft texture)
  3. Pour in the mushroom water and other seasoning and mix well with all the ingredients
  4. Finally add the green scallions and stir it well.
