3 minutes – Quick Stir Fry Asparagus with Thai Basil (3分钟热炒九层塔芦笋)

We have herbs in the garden, one of our favorite herbs, Thai Basil. So, tonight i am going to finish up the left over asparagus and create a new taste with these basil herbs.

Anyway it smells so so good so i guess i must need to share with you guys! which is out of my surprise! i guess i turn into magic AGAIN!

Ingredients:

Asparagus * cut to 1 1/2 inch length

Pepper bell * 1/2 pcs (slice it) – i use orange bell this round

Thai Basil * just use the leaves (about 20 leaves)

Dried chili * 2 pcs (do not have to cut it)

Light Soy Sauce * 1 tbsp

Black Pepper * to taste

Garlic + oil * 1 tsp (my homemade garlic oil)

How to cook:

  1. Heat up the pan with garlic oil, and add in the chilies.
  2. Add in the asparagus follow by the light soy sauce, stir fry for 1 minute
  3. Add in the Pepper bell then follow by the black pepper, stir fry for 1 minute
  4. Turn off the fire and add in the Thai Basil to mix it well with balance heat
  5. Ready to EAT!!!
