I used to hate celery and i have never added it into my cooking ingredient list. However, my new family, my hubby linked me up with these Fiber Queen celery and now i am in love with it ~~
here’s the celery dish with pork slice! Bon Appetit!!
Ingredient:
Texas Celery * 200g (cut into diamond shape)
Pork * 60g (slice it)
Garlic * 1 clove (dice it)
Oyster sauce * 1/2 tbsp
Dark soy sauce * 1/2 tsp
sesame oil * 1 tbsp
Water * 2 tbsp
Seasoning:
Light soy sauce * 1 tbsp
Dark soy sauce * 1 tsp
corn Starch * 1/2 tsp
Preparation:
Marinated pork into the seasoning (3-4 hours)
How to cook:
- Heat up the wok with stir fry the pork until little crispy (5-6 mins) ** no oil needed at this stage as i am using pork with little fats
- Heat up the wok with little sesame oil and add in the garlic
- Add in the celery and stir fry 2-3 minutes
- Add in the pork and start mixing in the oyster sauce/ dark soy sauce and water
- Let it boil for 1-2 minutes under high level of heat until the water is dried off to thicker gravy
- Sprinkle some green scallions on top and ready to serve!
