Keto & Low carb Egg Pizza – Ikan Bilis & Chicken

This is one of our favorite breakfast, it is best for Keto and low carb diet.

 

This keto egg pizza only takes 15 minutes to cook, no oven required, You just need a cast iron to start the cooking! Simple and easy, tasty and high protein!

 

What is Ikan Bilis?

This is a type of small dried fishes that have been used in Asian cooking, it is a good protein source with umami flavor!

 

Keto & Low carb Egg Pizza – Ikan Bilis & Chicken

Ingredients:

Eggs – 6 pcs

Shredded Mozarella – 30g (you can add more if you prefer more cheesy flavor)

Shredded celery – 2 stalks

Ikan Bilis – 10 g

Chicken breast – 1/2 can

Golden Flex Seed – 1 tsp

Parsley flakes – to taste

Black Pepper – to taste

Butter – 2 tsp

Keto & Low carb Egg Pizza – Ikan Bilis & Chicken

Steps:

  1. Beaten eggs for 2 minutes
  2. Air fry ikan bilis at 250F for 6 minutes (or until crunchy)
  3. Heat up the cast iron with butter
  4. Pour in the eggs let it cook
  5. Until the egg cook until medium-well then add in chicken slices and celery
  6. Sprinkle flaxseed and shredded cheese
  7. Sprinkles the parsley flakes before serving.
