I always have the difficulty to challenge myself in veggie dish as it is quite hard to stir fried it at smooth texture but use very little oil. Well, i guess i did it good this time, and hubby just loves it with the additional sesame seeds and sesame oil for the extra taste!
Ingredients:
Hong Kong Kai Lan * 700g
Garlic * 1-2 cloves (dice it)
Sesame Seeds * little bit (toasted it for 30 sec for better taste)
Seasoning:
oyster sauce * 1 tea spoon
Soy Sauce * 1/2 tea spoon
Sesame oil * 1/2 tea spoon
Cooking oil * 1/2 tea spoon
Water * 2 spoons
How to prepare:
- Heat up the wok with oil to fry the garlic until little brownish color then add in the Hong Kong Kai Lan
- Add in the oyster sauce/ soy sauce and water to tmix well with the Kai Lan in the wok for 3-4 mins until it is boiled
- Served with sprinkled some sesame seeds and sesame oil on top of the dish.
