Spicy Dark Sauce Stir Fried Rice Vermicelli & Udon with Pork


Ingredient  A –

Rice Vermicelli * 1 pack

Udon * 1 pack

Ingredient B –

Bean Sprouts * 100g

Ingredient C –

Pork * 150g (marinated in black pepper, soy sauce and corn starch for 3-4 hours)


Dark Soy Sauce * 2-3 drops (do not add too much as it might bring up bitter taste)

Black pepper * little bit

Spicy chili powder  * little bit (seasoning from udon packing)

Olive oil * 2 tea spoon

Cooking Oil * 1 tea spoon


  • Boiling Ingredient A in water with olive oil until soft and set aside
  • Pan fried Ingredient C until crispy and set aside

How to prepare:

  1. Heat up the wok with cooking oil and start frying the bean sprouts
  2. Insert Ingredient A and mix well with the bean sprouts
  3. Mix the dark sauce, black pepper, and spicy chili powder and stir together with the udon
  4. Finally mix the Ingredient C into the wok and served!
