Low Carb – Chinese Stir Fry Beef

It has been a while as we were out for a 10-day road trip to Louisiana & Alabama. During these 10 days, we are eating out and we missed home cook so much. Again, we have to back to the low carbs diet to keep us in good shape LOL.

Low Carb – Chinese Stir Fry Beef

Ingredients:

  • beef – about 1 lb (i cut it into thin slices)
  • Brussels sprouts – 7-8 pcs (cut into half)
  • Black pepper – to taste
  • Cauliflower – 250g
  • Red pepper – 1/2 pcs (slice it)
  • Duck fat – 2 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Vegetable soup – 1.5 cups

Low Carb – Chinese Stir Fry Beef

  1. Heat up the cast iron with duck fat and mince garlic
  2. Add in the cauliflower and Brussels sprout stir fry evenly
  3. Add in beef slices and turn to high heat and stir fry with the ingredients
  4. Add in vegetable soup simmer the ingredients under medium heat until the cauliflower and Brussels sprout soften
  5. Add in the red pepper
  6. Add in the oyster sauce and black pepper stir fry and mixed well with all the other ingredients.
  7. Turn off the heat and served!
