Romantic Korean Dalgona Rose Syrup SoyMilk AKA MilkShake

When everybody is viral on the Dalgona Coffee making. I just want to have fun with the ingredients that I already have in the kitchen.

I bought Rose Syrup to make shaved ice a long time ago, so there is a big bottle sitting in the corner.

Okay, I want to make something different, I am trying on the Dalgona coffee method with rose syrup.

With the lousy mixer that I have, I would not want to burn the mixer, so I just whisked for less than 4 minutes. It is not much whipped, but more likely bubbly or like milkshake foam of texture.
