American Style Nasi Lemak (Coconut Rice)

Nasi Lemak is the most popular dish in Malaysia. There are many side dishes such as peanuts, onion, anchovies, cucumber and sometimes squid and shrimps for a luxury bites! Tonight i had my American version of nasi lemak for my hubby where he said the display looks like restaurant dish and the taste is amazing. However, we do not have chili sambal here so i have it replaced with caramelized onion with spicy thai sauce to have the gravy.
