This is a very popular dish among the slimming group. This is convenient and easy to prepare and keep it in the freezer during COVID-19.
High protein patties where you can substitute with different types of ground meat, either beef, turkey or chicken. But I am using ground pork this round.
I am top fans of using Air Fryer in my cooking, it is quick and less oily, the important point is a time saver!

Air Fryer High Protein Low Carb Tofu Pork Burger Patties
Ingredients:
Ground Pork – 300g
Firm Tofu – 2 pcs
Mix corn and Edamame – 40g
Black pepper – to taste
Mix herbs and salt – to taste
Parsley flakes – 5g
White Sesame seeds – 10g

Steps:
- Drained all the excessive water of Tofu. Cut into small cubes
- Add Black pepper, Salt, Parsley Flakes, White Sesame seeds into the ground pork.
- Blend ingredients 1 and 2 for 30 seconds with Ninja Blender
- Scrapped out all the ingredients, start mixing corn and edamame into the patties.
- Shaped the patties into a 2 inches round shape with thickness 0.75 inch
- Air fry at 300F for 30 minutes.
- Enjoy!
