KETO Energy Booster Cast Iron Chinese Chives with Shrimp

Chinese chives is considered as a superfood for cooking, as it has many benefits to overall health such as fight cancer, good for digestive process, body detoxification, libido booster, boost vision and immune system and improve sleeping quality. However, many people find chives with an unpleasant smell, and try to avoid this ingredient.

I have a secret garden in my backyard, i usually get my spices fresh from the garden, chives is one of it and we love to have chives into our daily meals. It is used widely for cooking, even baking pastry.

Today, i cook Chinese chives with shrimps, that’s the best combination for energy booster, also libido booster for men. It only took me 5 minutes to prepare the dish, quick, simple, yet yummilicious!

 

KETO Energy Booster Cast Iron Chinese Chives with Shrimp

Ingredients:

Chinese Chives – 400g

Fresh shrimp – 10-12 pcs (peel off skin)

Garlic – 2 cloves (dice it)

Black pepper – to taste

Pink Salt – to taste

Avocado oil – 1 1/2 tbsp

Steps to do KETO Energy Booster Cast Iron Chinese Chives with Shrimp

  1. Heat the cast iron with avocado oil
  2. Add in the garlic, stir fry until fragrance
  3. Add in the shrimps, pan fried each sides for 2 minutes
  4. Add in Chinese chives, stir fry with the shrimps
  5. Add in black pepper and pink salt mix well with the ingredients.
  6. Ready to serve!
